TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is moisturizing and soothing toner that calms, hydrates and refreshes the skin. It is lightweight, non-sticky and it leaves skin soft, smooth and luminous. It is formulated to be gentle enough for people with sensitive skin as well as acne-prone skin. While my skin isn't acne-prone, it can be reactive and sensitive, and this toner feels very soothing and comforting for my normal/combination skin. It has no detectable aroma and it doesn't contain any artificial fragrance.
