TIRTIR Collagen Lifting Eye Cream is another discovery I have made from this wonderfully affordable Korean beauty brand. This eye cream is formulated to lift, smooth, soften the appearance of fine lines, reduce puffiness and dark circles and moisturize the delicate area beneath the eyes. It has a steel ball applicator that offers a cooling sensation as it applies the eye cream. This eye cream doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes, and it leaves my skin soft, smooth, hydrated and luminous. Additionally, it softens the appearance of fine lines and it really feels wonderful to apply.

Directions: Dispense a moderate amount of cream using the metal ball applicator. Gently roll the applicator along the skin around your eyes or other targeted areas, like the forehead or neck. Overall Assessment: Not only is this an effective eye cream, but it is also very affordable.
