Westman Atelier Eye Love You Clean Kôhl Eyeliner Pencil in Noir

Westman Atelier Eye Love You Clean Kôhl Eyeliner Pencil in Noir is a rich black Kôhl Eyeliner Pencil that is creamy to the touch. It is ultra-pigmented and it glides across the skin effortlessly and deposits color evenly without tugging the delicate skin around the eyes. To avoid any transfer, and to really lock the liner in place, Gucci Westman asserts, "My favorite trick for avoiding transfer is to apply pencil right into the lashes on the upper lid. You can even dust the eyelids and brow bone with a touch of translucent pressed powder to really lock it in place." I often tend to line close to the upper and lower lashes, and then set it with a powder eyeshadow in the same shade as the liner. This formula is waterline safe, and I should note that my sensitive eyes have no negative reaction to this formula. I definitely want to buy their brown eyeliner pencil next.

According to Westman Atelier,

Intuitive khôl formula with incredible glide that defines when you line and smokes out when you smudge. The easiest pencil you’ll ever use, crafted with ultra-clean ingredients gentle enough for the delicate eye area including your waterline.

Velvet-soft kôhl formula glides on intense matte pigment without skipping or dragging for effortless application—even in inner eye areas. Sharpenable format lends itself to customize any eye look, from dramatic definition to subtle smoke that builds and blends beautifully.

Available in Khôl Noir, a matte black and in Khôl Brun, a matte brown.

Gucci's Tips and Directions:

Eyeliner is so simple—but it does wonders. It can elevate your look with subtle contrast, create drama with precise lines, or even enhance skin with the addition of a few tiny freckles. It’s like playing with volume levels— you control the exact intensity that feels right.

Our brown pencil has the absolute perfect balance of terracotta and chocolate tones for a warm, natural look. It provides striking contrast for blue and green eyes, brings beautiful depth to brown eyes. It's even perfect for drawing in little freckles on the nose! Our black shade is ultra-rich and flattering against the skin, with great payoff.

I love a sharpened tip—it really makes all the difference. Trace your pencil along the upper lashes and waterline to create natural, everyday definition or smudge a thicker rim along the upper lids to make a statement.

My favorite trick for avoiding transfer is to apply pencil right into the lashes on the upper lid. You can even dust the eyelids and brow bone with a touch of translucent pressed powder to really lock it in place.

  1. I have the worst luck with pencils. My left eye waters all the time and the liner disappears. I wonder if this would work better.

    1. Hi Marcia, Since your left eye constantly waters, I think that you might be better off with an eyeliner with a waterproof formula, otherwise your liners probably will all continue to disappear. This is a wonderful liner, but I don't know how well it will hold up against your watering left eye. You might want to try the trick to set your liners with a powder shadow, but I suspect that a waterproof formula is going to be your best bet.
