SAFA Rosé Fragrance Oil Roller in Bulgarian Damask Rose is a wondrous rose fragrance that is as affordable as it is delectable. We believe carrier oils matter in the fragrance oil. Perfume oils are my jam. My dream has long been to visit Bulgaria in order to go to the rose farms when the roses are in bloom. This SAFA perfume oil sounds like the next best thing!
