Vegamour makes high quality haircare products, or as they assert, "hair wellness products." They select ingredients that are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. They have a nice variety of collections, but I have tested the Vegamour GRO Collection which is formulated to accelerate growth and to treat thinning hair. While I had never experienced hair thinning before the pandemic, I did notice that there was more hair in my drain after shampooing and conditioning than I had experienced before Covid. This was during the beginning and middle of the pandemic and it was either attributed to stress, or possibly that I had Covid before we had tests to make that determination. I had read about some people shedding more hair after testing positive, and it is entirely possible that is what happened to me.

Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Conditioner ($48.00 for 8 oz. from Vegamour, Sephora and Amazon): This is a richly moisturizing conditioner that tames frizz, adds volume and leaves my hair manageable and silky smooth. It is color safe and It boasts the same delectable citrusy aroma as the shampoo. Many conditioners leave my dry-leaning hair even more dry, but thankfully this does not.

Vegamour GRO Scalp Detoxifying Serum ($42.00 for 2 oz. from Vegamour, Sephora and Amazon): This scalp serum removes product buildup, sebum, flakes and dirt. This type of scalp detox enhances product efficacy and is intended to help balance the scalp's microbiome. It has a very watery consistency, and therefore you don't want to squeeze the tube forcefully. Scalp feels refreshed and clean after use, and it does not need to be used more than once a week.

This weekly scalp treatment is formulated with vegan silk protein that gently removes buildup while providing a semi-permeable moisture barrier, and protecting it from harmful environmental pollutants. It also removes excess oils and rebalances the scalp to promote healthy hair growth.
