I am constantly on the lookout for effective, and high quality sunscreens that are reef-safe, and Original Sprout Face & Body SPF 27 Sunscreen is definitely a great discovery. It is mid-weight, leaves no white film, can be used on the face and body, and it has a pleasant tropical aroma. Furthermore, it is a broad spectrum mineral sunscreen formulated with non-nanoparticles. Like any sunscreen, it needs to be reapplied frequently (every 60-80 minutes) to remain effective, but unlike many sunscreens, this one actually soothes and moisturizes the skin. I do wish that it was a higher SPF, but I haven't noted diminished protection.
