Farmhouse Fresh is, simply put, one of those special brands that you really must try. They generate one hit after another, and I have yet to have a neutral to negative response to any of their products. Farmhouse Fresh Chocolate Fig Vitamin Recovery Serum, which is one of their latest launches, is an utterly delectable serum that smells good enough to eat.

That I am a bit fanatical about nourishing serums has become rather evident throughout these virtual pages, but never have I luxuriated in one that smells like chocolate, figs and raspberries...until now! Don't despair, if you are sensitive to scented skincare products, be advised that this serum's luscious aroma does not linger. I should also note that my sensitive eyes aren't in the least bit reactive to the aroma of this serum.

This nourishing, vitamin and antioxidant-rich, serum deeply hydrates the skin leaving it soft, smooth, supply, refreshed, lightly plumped and decidedly luminous. It comes in a little plastic jar and can either be applied with a brush or with fingers, and while I have a really great brush to apply treatment products, I tend to use my fingers to apply this serum.

It has an ultra-silky gel-cream texture, but it is remarkably lightweight and fast-absorbing, and it delivers immediate hydration. You can use it day or night, and trust me your skin will thank you when you do. It imparts the perfect amount of sustained hydration, and it is a perfect addition to your skincare routine to treat winter-ravaged skin. Simply apply it to the skin, let it soak in and then apply your favorite moisturizer. It is a perfect choice for normal to dry skin, but I suspect that it would work wonders for most skin types– particularly during the colder months.
