Cuvée Premiere Treatment ($45.00 for 5 oz. from Cuvée): Described as a unique elixir, this hair treatment boasts an antioxidant-rich formula that is described as a nourishing "multi-vitamin for the hair and scalp." It is formulated to protect and strengthen the hair, fortify it and prevent future damage. It is lightweight, will not weigh down or flatten the hair and it is color safe.

Directions: A daily or weekly treatment before using your conditioner, or as an intensive hair treatment/mask. Apply onto wet hair after shampooing, rinse well, follow with Cuvée conditioner to seal in benefits.

Image Prevention+ daily hydrating moisturizer SPF 30+ ($39.00 for 3.2 oz. from Image Skincare): This mineral-based SPF 30 moisturizing sunscreen, which contains a unique form of zinc oxide, effectively delivers broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection and the antioxidant-rich formula is formulated to fight free-radical damage. It neither leaves a white residue, nor does it interfere with makeup application. It is paraben-free and formulated for all skin types– including dry and redness-prone sensitive skin. It has a light and pleasant aroma that fades soon upon application.

Image Prevention+ Daily Ultimate Protection Moisturizer SPF 50 ($39.00 for 3.2 oz, from Image Skincare): This high SPF sunscreen, formulated with 9% Zinc Oxide, 7.5% Octinoxate and 5% Octisalate, provides the skin with broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection against the damaging UV rays. It is gentle, leaves behind no white residue and the antioxidant-rich formula utilizes a blend of plant stem cells to protect the skin against free radical damage. It is perfect for all skin types, and is resilient enough to withstand sports activities and gentle enough to be used on post-treatment skin. It has a light and pleasant aroma that fades quickly.

Kneipp Actif Gel Joint and Muscle Arnica and Mountain Pine ($25.00 for 6.76 oz. from Kneipp): This refreshing lightweight gel, which is infused with healing Arnica, is the perfect post-workout gel that soothes sore muscles and gives you a sense of well-being. The light Mountain Pine aroma is uplifting, but it is neither cloying, nor in the least bit overpowering.

Directions: Apply on skin, preferably after showering or bathing 2. massage in until completely absorbed.

Kneipp Almond Blossom Body Wash Soft Skin ($14.00 for 6.76 oz. from Kneipp, Kneipp's Official Amazon Store and Dermstore): Almond Blossom is one of my favorite Kneipp fragrances, and I covet anything from their range of products that features this delectable fragrance. It is a subtle and warm floral that is a treat to the senses. Furthermore, this hydrating body wash thoroughly cleans the skin without stripping or drying it. The creamy, emollient lather is perfect for shaving your legs as well. This product is vegan and therefore does not contain any components of animal origin.

Kneipp Bath Oil Muscle Soothing Juniper ($20.00 for oz. from Kneipp and Skin Care RX): This wonderful soothing bath oil is the perfect post-workout soothing treatment for tired muscles. It has a lovely and exhilarating Juniper aroma, and it leaves skin soft, smooth and moisturized.

LAVANILA The Healthy Deodorant in Pure Vanilla ($14.00 for oz. from Sephora, Ulta, Adore Beauty, Birchbox, Dermstore and Beauty Encounter): I am a longstanding proponent of healthy deodorants, and have been using them for many years. Though I have occasionally used mainstream deodorants, I do prefer to avoid the chemicals. LAVANILA makes wonderful healthy deodorants that are effective and smell wonderful (though they also make an unscented variant for sensitive skin). Their Pure Vanilla scent is one of my very favorites because it smells utterly scrumptious, and offers long-lasting protection.

Overall Assessment: I love each of these products, and use them regularly, and think that they are perfect picks for Mother's Day gifts.
