With Halloween right around the corner, you might be scrambling to put together a costume, or you might wait until the last minute and find yourself cobbling together a makeshift costume. Directions:
Step 1: Apply glue directly to skin/hair. Allow gel to turn from white to clear.
Step 2: Generously apply glitter using the pad applicator for a full coverage or the brush applicator for a more precise finish.
Step 3: Allow to set for approximately 2 minutes.

Stencil Tip: Place stencil against clean and dry skin. Apply glue within stencil borders. Wait for glue to turn from white to clear. Apply glitter within borders of stencil shape.

Tip: Remove glitter from face or hair with liquid soap or shampoo, gently working the glitter loose. Keep rinsing until completely clear.

Models Own Celestial Chrome Lip Topper in Stardust 19 and Rose Comet 20 ($7.99 for 0.18 oz from Ulta): These gorgeous glittery Lip Toppers are such a great way to add glitter to your lipstick.  They work well over matte lipsticks or other slightly drier formulass. If you opt for very emollient lipsticks, you will likely experience a glitter migration, and that might get a bit messy. Please note that Rose Comet has a more richly pigmented base that doubles as a lip stain, in my experience.

Overall Assessment: I am a big fan of Models Own, and while I would not use the glitter-based products any time other than Halloween, or for some other sort of costume party, I will use the eyeshadow palette much more often than that because the colors are so stunning and the quality is so good!
