If you are seeking affordable matte liquid lipsticks in fun colors that are affordable, then you have to check out NYX Professional Makeup NEW limited-edition Luv Out Loud Liquid Lipsticks. They come in shades ranging from neutral to daring, and they are really beautiful. Described as velvety-matte shades, these liquid lipsticks offer serious longevity, vibrant shades and silky-smooth application. Each of the 6 shades glide across the lips effortlessly, deposit color evenly, and neither migrate, nor settle into lip lines. Once the velvety matte lipsticks dry down, they reveal a decidedly opaque matte finish, and the colors remain true. While I do not find them drying, they are true mattes, and I would suggest prepping your lips and applying a tiny amount of lip balm, if your lips are particularly dry to begin with. Once they set, I get about 7 hours of wear-time per application. There is no detectable flavor, but there is a slight nondescript scent in the tube.
