KORRES Mandarin Lip Butter Stick in Purple is my latest nourishing tinted balm obsession, and from the moment I tried it I was sold. I have used the KORRES Lip Butters that come in the cute little pot for many years, and have to say that the convenience of this twist up bullet just can't be beat.  It boasts a richly moisturizing and nourishing antioxidant rich formula that soothes and heals chapped lips, and renders them soft, smooth and supple. This particular shade offers a faint wash of color that is less a true purple, and more of a "my lips, but better" rosy tint. It is lovely when worn alone, or can be layered under your favorite lipstick, lip gloss or lip liner.
 According to KORRES,

Mandarin oil refreshes and soothes dry, chapped lips while rich shea butter and sunflower waxes deeply nourish for long-lasting care and comfort. This 88 to 99 percent natural formula is available in four tints and one colorless option, all of which can be worn alone or layered under a lipstick or lip gloss.

Overall Assessment: If you love tinted lip balms, then you definitely need to check out the KORRES Mandarine Lip Butter Sticks. In addition to Purple, they also have this formula in the following shades: Peach, Pink, Rose and Untinted.

    That balm sounds lovely and moisturizing and the colour is so pretty. It's in myNo Fly Zone, tho. :)

      It's a really fantastic balm, indeed! I have used their lip butters in the pots for years, and this is equally fantastic! Why is it in your no fly zone?

    I much prefer a tube too. I start out great with a pot but eventually put them to the side. This shade is really nice too.

      They are just more convenient, and sanitary. Definitely preferable for toting around in a purse!

    I haven't used anything from Korres in a while, but I did love thier balms. This is such a perfect everday shade too.
