Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion is an ultra-fine grit physical and chemical exfoliant that features uniformly shaped tiny exfoliating particles that gentle on the skin. Because of their uniformity they neither scratch, nor tear the skin, and therefore skin isn't in the least bit traumatized as is often the case after using assertive exfoliants. This exfoliator is so effective that one only needs to use a featherlight touch when massaging it on the skin.
