 This feather-light formula combines brilliant pigments with pure silk and botanical extracts for a long-wearing matte finish that keeps lips hydrated. A universal shade that flatters all skin tones.

      Hello my darling! I have been sick since last Thursday, and it was really fun lecturing about Semiotics yesterday with a head cold! we are in week 6– so I have 4 1/2 weeks left in the quarter. I need to get over this cold though because I have theses to edit, and so much more to do to finish up the academic year!

      I don't blame you for wanting the light, but pretty soon you will be back home visiting family, and the beautiful weather awaits you! Is your husband going with you?

      My darling, please feel better! Thinking and head cold don't really go together! Sending healing vibes your way. Yes he is. We are like adolescents, after 10 years, we still cannot be apart!
      Much strength to finish this quarter. It seems to me, I may be wrong since I have never experienced it, that the quarter system is pretty challenging. When are you going to have Summer vacations?

      You are so right! I was teaching Semiotics all week long, and with a head cold it was more of a challenge (my voice was altered and my head was stuffy). Thank you for the wonderful healing energy! I am a bit better, but exhausted.

      I think that is absolutely so enchanting that you two are like teenagers after all of this time! I am utterly heart-warmed!

      Thankfully I am used to the quarter system since I was on the quarter system for part of college and all of grad school, but it definitely requires a major paradigm shift– especially at a research institution! Imagine condensing the 16 week semester down to 10 weeks, and that is what a quarter feels like! I am teaching a heavy load in the first summer session, but am taking the rest of the summer off so that I can unwind and relax before the new academic year begins in the Fall. I haven't planned any sort of trip yet, but definitely need to get away from campus and home for a little R&R!
