DHC Beauty Lift Eye Care Essence Roll-On is a very soothing eye treatment that contains oat kernel extract to firm, smooth and lift the skin, and mevalonolactone, ceramide 3, and pentapetide-18 to hydrate and lift. The head consists of three metal beads that massage the serum into the skin, and while doing so they cool, stimulate, de-puff and deliver hydration to the delicate and fragile skin underneath the eyes. The cooling sensation that one experiences from the three metal beads feels fantastic and refreshing against the skin, and the cooling metal in conjunction with the serum work rapidly at reducing any puffiness.
One of the key benefits that I have experienced is that my skin becomes luminous and dewy, and it leaves fine lines plumped. Additionally, I find this serum tremendously hydrating and it works magic in its ability to decrease the appearance of fine lines. For my skin, this can be used in lieu of a heavier eye cream because it gives plenty of hydration, but during the colder months it is best used underneath an eye cream because it really is more of a serum than a cream.
Simply click the bottom of the pen applicator to dispense the serum, but don't over click because you need very little serum to get great results.
Directions: After toning, roll apply onto eye area. For best results, use with other DHC Beauty Lift products. *For initial use, press pen about 10 times. Wipe off remaining serum on the roller after each use and close cap tightly. Do not press pen when closing cap.
Ingredients: Water, Glyceryl Tri (Caprylic Acid / Capric Acid), Bg, Rosinate, Hexa (Hydroxystearic Acid / Stearic Acid And Rosin Acids), Shea Oil, Pentylene Glycol, Mevalonolactone, Ceramide 3, Oat Kernel Extract, Was-18, Isostearic Acid, Arginine, Polysorbate 60, (Acrylates / Acrylic Acid Alkyl (C10-30) Crosspolymer, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Carbomer, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexyl Glycerin.
This is far more serum than you would need for both eyes!
Overall Assessment: I love the results, and if you are seeking an effective eye serum that hydrates, softens fine lines, and eliminates puffiness– then this one is definitely worth your consideration.

Hmmmm, fascinating! I love DHC products. I wonder how this would work on that loose skin I was telling you about at the corners and above my eyes?
ReplyDeleteIt really is fascinating! I agree with you about DHC products– they really are fantastic. I think that you would probably see some tangible benefits from this serum, but I haven't tried it above my eyes. I have only been using it below my eyes all the way across.
DeleteHelen, I'm not sure whether you're going to get two comments from me, but when I hit Publish, I got a red error message "comment should not be empty". I'm intrigued by this product especially since I like DHC skincare. Maybe it would suit my loose skin around and above my eyes?
ReplyDeleteThat's odd! I hope that the bug is out of the system!
DeleteThe packaging design for this is fascinating! I love that it's reasonably priced too.
ReplyDeleteThe design is fantastic, and the serum itself is really amazing! The price is definitely reasonable.
DeleteI have never tried DHC but I'm definitely interested. This dried out old hag needs the moisture around the eyeballs.
ReplyDeleteHi Erika, It is definitely a line well worth trying! You are HARDLY a dried out old hag, but this definitely delivers added hydration!
DeleteI really like the idea of a roll on.. the metal is so cooling!
ReplyDeleteMe too, and the metal is so cooling and refreshing! It feels sooooooo good against the skin!
DeleteWith the big Korean and Asian skincare craze people should remember that DHC was here for us first. I like the packaging on this a lot. Did you notice any fragrance with it?
ReplyDeleteYou are absolutely right about that, Marcia! There is no detectable fragrance, and it doesn't bug my sensitive eyes at all.
DeleteI prefer roll-ons for eye care products - less messy, and no fingertips required. This sounds ideal for dry under-eyes like mine.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean, Renu– plus roll ons just feel so grate against the skin! I think that you would definitely be happy with the results!
DeleteI like the concept of roller eye products for the eyes!
