Tom Ford Beauty has launched so many amazing products for the Fall 2015 season, and I picked up three pieces (so far) that I wanted to share. I will swatch everything later, but wanted to rush to publish this while I am working on my upcoming mega swatch post. While the new Tom Ford Lip Color shades are part of the permanent line, the Tom Ford Eye and Cheek Shadows and the Tom Ford Skin Illuminating Powder Duo in Moonlight are limited edition. There appear to be plenty of the Tom Ford Eye and Cheek Shadows available, but the Tom Ford Skin Illuminating Powder Duo in Moodlight is nearly impossible to track down. It is currently available at Saks Fifth Avenue, back-ordered at Bergdorf Goodman, may or may not be restocked at Nordstrom, and is sold out at Neiman Marcus. This is the one thing I would suggest rushing to buy before it is gone because it really truly is extraordinary.
TOM FORD Eye and Cheek Shadow in Pink Ombré ($65.00 for .15 oz. from Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale's): This is a stunning, finely milled powder that was conceived to be used on the eyes and cheeks. I have worn Pink Ombré on my cheeks because it is the perfect blush-based pink blush.
Tom Ford Eye and Cheek Shadow is a multipurpose ombré powder that offers a visionary new way to add color the the face. The silky powder infused with light-catching pearls creates depth and dimension to the eyes and sculpts cheeks with a radiant, blended ombré effect. Includes specially designed brush applicator.
TOM FORD Skin Illuminating Powder Duo in Moodlight ($80.00 for 0.42 oz. from Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom): This is definitely worth getting while you can, and it is quickly disappearing. It is an ultra finely milled luminizer that neither settles into fine lines, nor does it emphasize pores. Both the stunning rose gold shade and the diffused and softened ivory/white glide across the skin effortlessly and deposit color evenly, and they leave behind a covet-worthy ethereal glow. I managed to get my hands on the last one at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, and know that you can currently order online from Saks Fifth Avenue.
Tom Ford created this highlighting and illuminating powder duo to capture the two most flattering types of natural light on the skin: A soft white shade is like the luminous glow of daylight and a radiant golden shade is like the romantic illusion of candlelight. These lightly shimmering shades can be applied individually or layered together to create a multidimensional glow.
TOM FORD Lip Color in So Vain ($52.00 for 0.1 oz. from Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale's): This is the perfect plummy shade for fall, that is meant to be paired with Tom Ford Ultra Shine Lip Gloss in Love Bruise (paired swatches forthcoming). It boasts all of the quality expected from a Tom Ford Lip Color, and is an infinitely wearable ultra-gorgeous shade!
To Tom Ford, there is no more dramatic accessory than a perfect lip. It is the focus of the face and it has the power to define a woman's whole look. Each Lip Color is Tom Ford's modern ideal of an essential makeup shade.
Rare and exotic ingredients including soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomilla flower oil create an ultra-creamy texture with an incredibly smooth application. Specially treated color pigments are blended to deliver pure color with just the right balance of luminosity.
Left to Right: TOM FORD Eye and Cheek Shadow in Pink Ombré, TOM FORD Skin Illuminating Powder Duo in Moodlight and TOM FORD Lip Color in So Vain.

Hey Helen I did get so vain and misbehaved they are new releases so I had to get them. I'm glad I found out the other shades are repromotes of the lips and boys shades a lot I already have. The next on my list is something wild although virginrose and lilac nymph are new they aren't for me with my olive skin tone. I already have the Asia exclusives and I think you'll love them they're all gorgeous. I tried the bronze ombré and there was no pigment at all so i returned it. I always collect everything Tom ford but I have his blush duos and don't reach for highlighters that often since they can sometimes look powdery or show pores. Also for the size and thar I'd only use as a blush I'm glad I'm not wowed by it. Lol more money for other collections coming up.
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa, So Vain and Misbehaved are both stunning, and I also got So Vain because it was too gorgeous to pass up! I actually just posted swatches of all 16 of the new shades. Yes, of the 16 shades 8 are repromotes from Lips & Boys, 3 are repromotes of the Asia Exclusives and the remaining 5 are new shades.
DeleteHere are the swatches:

I think that Virgin Rose and Lilac Nymph may be worth a second look, and you might want to swatch at the counter, but I think that Virgin Rose might be a great choice for your olive skin.
The Bronze Ombré is just a bit too shear and light, but that's not the case with the other three. I will be posting all of those swatches soon as well. This highlighter is neither too powdery, nor does is emphasize pores or fine lines. It is definitely the star of this collection, in my opinion. However, if you don't "need" it or feel the strong pull then save your money for something else. Of the 4 Ombré Eye/Cheeks I definitely liked the pink the best, but I will only be using it as a blush. It isn't short on pigmentation in the least bit! Tom Ford Holiday promises to be pretty spectacular from what the fine people at Tom Ford have been telling me!
Thanks Helen you know me size and price do t affect my decisions but like you said I didn't feel a strong pull. The new by terry blush duos however are calling my name, have you seen them yet? I will be getting one of those for sure lol
DeleteI know just what you mean! Unless you feel the strong pull, then there is no need to get it! At this price point, I think that you really have to want it to spend the money! I haven't seen the By Terry blushes in person yet, but they definitely look gorgeous! I will have to go check them out!
DeleteI'm going to repeat "I don't need another highlighter" to myself 100 times now and hope it'll help with the craving. I mean, what a stunner, but on the other hand I don't even highlight on a daily basis so...On the other hand, I might need the blushes!
ReplyDeleteI understand completely, but I think that you have to have this one, Sunny! It is so amazing in every way that I think you will kick yourself if you pass on it! The Peach Eye and Cheek Shadow definitely was made for you!
DeleteWow, these new goodies from Tom Ford are stunning! I am especially taken by So Vain. What a perfect shade for fall! I look forward to the swatches. Enjoy wearing them!
ReplyDeleteThey really are, Allison! So Vain is just amazing! It was want to be paired with Love Bruise Gloss, and when you see them swatched together (as I will be posting shortly) you will swoon! xoxo
DeleteErmagerd you're killing me! I need that lipstick in my life. And that highlighter, just to look at (won't dare to touch it).
ReplyDeleteI just posted swatches of all of the new lipsticks, and this is among them! There are too many beautiful things to comprehend! The highlighter is just unbelievable!
DeleteStunning. I am not runner by any means but I can definitely power-walk my way into these beauties. Moodlight is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteHappy week my twinster,
xxxxx
Moodlight is out of this world, and I am really glad that I bought it! I just swatched all of his new lipsticks, and think that you will agree that it is filled with many beautiful shades! xoxoxox
DeleteThose look so beautiful! I love the embossed pattern in Moonlight.
ReplyDeleteI agree, Courtney! Moodlight just takes my breath away!
DeleteUgh, these all look so stunning but unfortunately TF is out of my budget.
ReplyDeleteTom Ford definitely has a luxury price tag that can really put a big dent in one's wallet!
DeleteI can't justify the expense of that highlighter duo, right now so I just keep telling myself that it wouldn't flatter my skin tone. So far, my lies to myself aren't penetrating. Hee! Hee!
ReplyDeleteI know just what you mean!
DeleteMan, I want EVERYTHING from Tom Ford. But I really want Moodlight. Want. Want. Want.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to choose just one thing from the collection, it would definitely be Moodlight! It is that special!
DeleteI need all of these! Why would you do this to me when I am trying to be on a no buy :)
ReplyDeleteTom Ford constantly breaks the no-buy status!
DeleteUgh everything is SO perfect! I can't wait to see swatches, but I have a feeling they will push me over the edge and make me want everything LOL
ReplyDeletePerfection, indeed! I just posted swatches of all 16 of his new lipsticks and am working on the Fall Collection right now.
DeleteThese palettes are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAgreed!
DeleteI've been dying over the blush and now you've gone and done it. My friend ordered Moonlighting and I've never heard her rave so much. My CC is going to hate you. I can't wait for your mega swatch post.
ReplyDeleteMoodlight is definitely the thing to get before it's gone altogether. Of the 4 Eye/Cheek Shadows, I definitely think that the Pink one is for you. The Bronze is too sheer, and I'm not sure that you would wear the Peach or Plum. I just posted the lipstick swatches, and did them first because I knew that you were really waiting for them. Of the 16, 8 are repromotes of Lips & Boys (without our beloved Flynn), 3 are repromotes of the Asia Exclusives and 5 are new colors. None, however, are the nude pink shades that you were wanting, but there are a few peachy pink shades that might appeal to you.
DeleteIt's all your fault. I vowed not to buy Moonlight but I just did from Saks. I hope you get affiliate credit for it. I'll get the blush from Nordstrom very soon!
ReplyDeleteThank you, yes I did have affiliate links. I am really really happy that you picked up Moodlight! I will be sure to post my swatches of the blushes asap (working on that right now) so that you can decide, but I suspect the pink one is the only one that you will want.
DeleteNeed everything ombre! OMG
ReplyDeleteThey are carzy beautiful. I am working on getting the rest of those swatches up! I just posted all of the lipstick swatches first thing this morning!
DeleteThe Illuminating Powder is what dreams are made of... So perfect!
ReplyDeleteIt really is, and if I had to recommend a single product not to pass up, it would be Moodlight!
DeleteSkin Illuminating Powder duo is an absolute stunner. I picked up 3 lippies and can't wait to take photos :-)
ReplyDeleteIt really truly is, and I am so glad that you grabbed one before it's gone for good! Which three lippies did you get? I just posted swatches of all 16 this morning!
DeleteI ordered alllll the dang ombres... I couldn't choose =\
ReplyDeleteThey are super pretty! I am posting the swatches of all of them– hopefully today. You might check out my swatches before dipping into Bronze– because it is quite sheer.
DeleteOh my gosh - can I just bathe in that darn highlighter. It's not like I need anymore... but that is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThat would be one serious luxurious bath, indeed! It is truly one of the most gorgeous highlighters that I have ever seen!
DeleteI need to pull the trigger on the illuminating powders from Tom Ford, I keep seeing great reviews for it
ReplyDeleteIt's still available on the Saks Fifth Avenue website! I wouldn't wait too long though, because this looks like it is the real star of the collection, and the first thing to sell out!
