If ever you find yourself on the hunt for affordable high SPF physical (mineral) sunscreens that boast moisturizing antioxidant-rich formulas that blend out clear, then Safe Harbor is a wonderful brand worth your consideration. They offer 4 different sunscreens: one for the face and neck (SPF 40), one for babies and kids (SPF 50) and two for sensitive skin with two different sun protection factors (SPF 30 & 50). Among the things that I love about these sunscreens, in addition to the fact that they blend out clear, is that while they are moisturizing they do not leave behind a greasy or oily film. All four have a light clean herbal scent that fades soon upon application. They offer superior sun protection, but as with all sunscreens, they must be reapplied at least every two hours in order to remain effective.

Suggested Use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Children under 6 months: ask a doctor. Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer And early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher And other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10AM - 2PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses.
