The Le Mieux At Home Spa Day Duo: Exfoliating Cleansing Gel and Hyaluronic Shea Mask | Review

There is nothing that I relish more when I am at home on a day off than great spa treatments. On those days, however, when I am short on time but still want to give my skin a special treat– I can get spa results in a mere two steps courtesy of Le Mieux.

Their Exfoliating Cleansing Gel, while formulated for combination, oily and acne prone skin, is ultra effective for deep cleansing and non-abrasive exfoliation. When used in the context of an at-home spa facial, it will work wonders on most skin types without stripping. If you have drier skin, then I would only use it as a periodic treatment to clean congested pores and remove dead skin cells. I apply a dime size amount to my face, neck and décolleté and leave it on for a few minuted in order to allow the Beta Acid to dissolve dead skin cells, and then I add warm water to activate the citrusy lather and rinse.

While my skin is still warm, directly after rinsing off the Exfoliating Cleansing Gel, I slather the Hyaluronic Shea Mask all over my face, neck, décolleté and hands and leave it on my skin for anywhere between 15-30 minutes. I then massage my skin with warm water and then remove the mask with a warm washcloth. Afterward I apply my favorite serum, face oil and moisturizer (and sunscreen if  it is daytime).
