As the years draws to an end, and I reflect upon the products that garnered the most love from me– African Botanics remains at the top of the list of companies that consistently swept me off of my feet. There is not a single product from this exquisite line that has not stolen my heart, and I am so excited to see the new things that they will be rolling out in the future. It is one of the very few lines in which I have absolute confidence. Their products are of exquisite quality, they use the finest ingredients available and they carefully scrutinize every single batch that they make employing the most exacting standards.

My newest African Botanics obsession is their Marula Shimmering Gold Oil, and once you try it you will be as obsessed as I am.

Marula Shimmering Gold Oil is described as,

An ultra-nourishing gold shimmering, rare fusion that illuminates every complexion and can be used on face, body and hair. Infused with an exquisite antioxidant-rich complex of restorative African Marula, Moringa, Baobab and Kalahari Melon seed oils especially chosen for their resilience to harsh climatic conditions and ability to deeply nourish, soothe, soften and maintain skin youthfulness and firmness.

Light and airy in texture, it captures and reflects the radiant splendour of glimmering African sunsets, beautifying with translucent mother of pearl minerals to illuminate skin and enhance its natural radiance. Meadowfoam oil improves skin vitality, while an aromatic blend of Gardenia and macerated Magnolia enhanced by fresh Neroli and Vanilla Bean create a beautiful floral scent.

Treats:
  • Dull dry skin, uneven texture and tone
  • Damaged and stressed skin
  • Lack of elasticity and firmness
  • After sun exposure to extend the tan and keep skin glowing
Marula Shimmering Gold Oil is a magical antioxidant rich and unbelievably nourishing and hydrating oil that can be used from head to toe. It the hair it offers conditioning and tames frizzies while adorning your tresses with a gorgeous golden luminosity. This delectable nourishing oil hydrates and smooths the skin while giving it the most gorgeous and refined shimmer. Skin is left luminous, soft, supple and utterly quenched. Of all of the shimmering oils that I have seen flood the market none compares to this one. It's perfect all year round, but it is the one to try this holiday season.  The subtle scent is an intoxicatingly delicious blend of Gardenia, Magnolia, Neroli and Vanilla Bean that is so delectable that I would wear it as a perfume given the chance.
