/sigh. i don't know how to feel about this. originally i was combing through all the F&F sales looking for a place that carried Tatcha but by now i've spent so much :P
ReplyDeleteI know, the whole thing gets really overwhelming as they start really pulling out all of the stops for the whole Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal. I will say that one isn't likely going to find 20% off on TATCHA anywhere but through them directly. It's also important to note that their customer service is extraordinary, and they often have special deals and other perks not found somewhere like Barneys. If you need something from them this is the time to do it, but if you don't and can wait until their F&F next year– then wait. I know that one has to figure out where to draw the line– especially after Sephora and Beautyhabit emptied out many a wallet. When does your no-buy start again? Isn't it a starting in January? If so, that surely gives you plenty of time to get yourself into more trouble. Right now I'm obsessing over the Tom Ford Beauty Lips & Boys Collection! There is just no end to these obsessions!!!!!
Deleteyes definitely better planning next year and a more realistic budget :P i may have to move my no buy up to after cyber-monday but yes originally i said i would instate it in january.
ReplyDeletei'm currently debating whether i want to stick with my current whitening serum (it's amazing, i've gone almost a shade in lighter in foundation) or go with the tatcha one. i tried a sample size and really loved how it made my skin feel but unsure whether it can ultimately beat my current favorite in brightening/whitening...
I say something similar to myself each year, and yet every time these events happen I spend a lot! The Barneys LOVE YOURSELF event is coming in a few months and I'm sure that I will get myself into plenty of trouble then!

well technically i'd be ditching my current one for tatcha. i've almost used up a whole bottle of The History of Whoo's Whitening Essence now and the results are pretty remarkable. the brand formulates its products based on ancient recipes used in royal court. obviously i can't judge tatcha's brightening capabilities by the trial size but i loved how hydrating it was...
