Eyebrows are undoubtedly among the most important facial features because of their ability to frame the face, enhance or create the illusion of facial symmetry, and offer an overall polished look. IT Cosmetics Brow Power is my new Holy Grail eyebrow pencil for a number of reasons. First,   this is a very long-wearing eyebrow pencil because the consistency is waxy enough to really adhere to the skin effortlessly, but not so waxy as to be uncomfortable or too stiff. Second, the brilliant oval shaped tip makes it easy to draw in individual hairs that are thin or thick.
