Beauty Products Worth Hoarding | My Current Must-Have Selection

Press Samples & Purchased by me (Affiliate Links)

The sheer amount of beauty products in my rotation at any given time would certainly make me appear to be a hoarder, but in the midst of all of the products that I test out and review there are always those that truly win my heart over. The products that become personal favorites have the distinction of being reached for all of the time, and they quickly make it to the top of the "I will definitely be repurchasing this" list.

Here you will see my current beauty product obsessions! I selected products that I either already have backups of, will be replacing as soon as they get close to empty, or have already replaced at least once. In short, whether these are newer to my rotation or old favorites-- these are my lucky 13 products that I am currently completely obsessed with!

1) TATCHA POLISHED Classic Rice Enzyme Powder: This is one of the most amazing cleansers that I have ever used. It gently exfoliates the skin leaving it indescribably soft, smooth and supple. You simply mix a tiny bit of water to activate the powder, and the results are truly astounding. (Reviewed here. $65.00 at Barneys New York)

2) evanhealy Rose Geranium Facial Tonic Hydrosoul: This lovely Hydrosoul is an antioxidant rich hydrating spray that revitalizes the skin while it protects against free radical damage. The lovely scent soothes the senses and enchants the spirit. I spritz it on my face whenever I want a little pick me up, and I often spray it on top of my beauty oils to facilitate absorption. ($23.50 from evanhealy)

3) African Botanics Pure Marula Oil: I have been madly in love with the African Botanics Neroli Infused Marula Oil (reviewed here) for quite a long time, and now can say that my obsession and love extends to their Pure Marula Oil as well. This deeply nourishing and hydrating luxury face oil is a weightless and fast absorbing oil antioxidant rich powerhouse. This delightful elixir softens the appearance of fine lines while giving the complexion remarkable clarity and luminosity. ($80.00 from African Botanics & Space NK)

4) African Botanics Marula Intense Skin Repair Balm: This luxurious healing balm is formulated for the face and body, and it powerfully and swiftly treats dehydrated and traumatized skin. According to African Botanics, "Enhanced with Pure Marula Oil, Baobab, Shea Butter, Alpine Rose Plant Stem Cells and Snow Crocus Bulb that boost epidermal regeneration, reduces inflammation and redness." Whether you use it as a moisturizer, or to soothe cuts, burns or irritated skin-- you will be stunned by the speed with which your skin returns to a happy state of equilibrium. This should be a staple in every household! ($55.00 from African Botanics & Space NK)

5) Radical Skincare Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads: These exfoliating pads eliminate dull and dead skin, but they are gentle enough so as not to irritate sensitive skin. Skin is refined, lines are softened, and the texture and firmness of the skin is radically improved. (Reviewed here. $75.00 for 60 Pads from Barneys New York)

6) Rodin Olio Lusso Luxury Face Oil: This gorgeous jasmine scented treasure of a beauty oil is made from 11 exceptional oils, and is so intoxicatingly beautiful in scent and performance-- that it has an addictive quality on its devotees. It leaves skin deeply nourished and hydrated, but it's the luminous ethereal glow that will have people stopping you on the street to wax poetic about your gorgeous skin! (Reviewed here. $150.00 from Barneys New York)

7) Rodin by Recine Olio Lusso Luxury Hair Oil: This emollient packed hair oil makes my unruly naturally curly hair obedient, and takes your tresses from dull to dazzling in no time whatsoever. My curls become soft, shiny and lustrous. If you love hair oils-- then you owe it to yourself to splurge on this one at some point in your life! (Reviewed here. $65.00 from Barneys New York)

8) Rituals Zensation Organic Rice Milk & Cherry Blossom Foaming Shower Gel: This deliciously scented foaming shower gel not only leaves skin clean, soft and smooth, but it also doubles as the most nourishing shave cream that I have used. While that may not be its intended purpose, it has become one of my favorite shower products! ($15.00 from Barneys New York)

9) African Botanics Marula Firming Botanical Body Oil: This luxurious antioxidant rich body oil offers the skin superior moisture while boosting collagen production. Wild-harvested African Marula, Baobab and Kalahari Melon Seed oils were carefully chosen because of their astounding resilience to withstand harsh climates and to "help boost the production of collagen" while deeply nourishing the skin. What separates this gorgeous oil from the many body oils on the market is that it is filled with so many "highly concentrated firming actives: Nano Cacao, Lipactive Green Coffee, Amazonian Sasha Inchi and Polynesian Tamanu oils that offer luxurious hydration, boost microcirculation, aid skin detoxification, energize the body, help correct and prevent loss of firmness and skin sagging. Loaded with Omega 3, 6, 7 & 9, rich in plant collagen, antioxidants and vitamins." The end result is smooth and taut skin that is deeply nourished and unmistakably luminous. It is an antioxidant rich anti-aging game changer for the body. ($70.00 from African Botanics & Space NK)

10) By Terry Baume de Rose: This is a lovely nourishing and hydrating balm that is unmistakably luxurious. My lips feel like velvet whenever I use this lovely balm, and when I don't feel like dipping my fingers into the little glass jar I choose this version in the lip gloss tube. ($55.00 from Barneys New York)

11) Kérastase Bain Fluidealiste Shampoo is my new Holy Grail Shampoo because it effectively prevents frizzy hair, gently cleanses without stripping, nourishes the hair without leaving behind an unpleasant residue, and is perfection for color treated hair! I have loved Kérastase products for many years, but the Fluidealiste line is a real game-changer for me. ($39.00 from Kérastase)

12) Kérastase Fondant Fluidealiste: is a miraculous daily conditioner that leaves my hair so soft, supple, smooth and shiny. My hair is left frizz-free, tangle-free and more manageable than I could ever have imagined. This conditioner tames my tresses and leaves my hair glossy and gorgeous! ($42.00 from Kérastase)

13) Kérastase Maskeratine: is a deeply nourishing and deep conditioning hair mask that leaves hair frizz-free, unbelievably soft and supple, and with a stunning glossy sheen. I can't believe the results, and simply can't get enough of this extraordinary deep conditioner! This is nirvana for unruly hair! ($62.50 from Kérastase)

  1. I have the Radical Skincare exfoliating pads, and I had to stop using them because they bothered my sensitive skin. But enough time has passed that I must try them again...before they dry out. Love your picks and your cool collage.

    1. Hi Never Say Die Beauty! I'm sorry to hear that the Radical Exfoliating Pads bothered your sensitive skin! Do you think that it was a reaction to the ingredients or the friction from perhaps the rougher side? Hopefully it doesn't bother you when you try it again, but it's possible that it just doesn't work for you. I hope that if/when you give it another try that it works for you! I'm glad that you liked my picks, and my collage! I'm definitely completely obsessed with all of these products! :-)

  4. Like you my darling, the Tatcha rice enzyme powder is something I cannot live without. The Nude advanced renewal serum is working wonders for my crazy skin so I don't want to run out of it. I cannot live without SK II Essence and Koh Gen do Essence. Rodin Olio Lusso and Frangipani body oil by Elemis. by Terry Baume de Rose! YES! always please. I use Japanese hair products I wouldn't dare to pronounce or write down but I have used them for the past 8 years: a shine hair spray and a hair foundation! looooove! Water proof mascara by either Dior, Guerlain or Armani. All the rest can come and go, I think.
    Hugs to you gorgeous Helen!

    1. Hi Kristin! LOL-- well, I can certainly say that my obsession with each of these products seems to be increasing the longer that I use them, and I can tire of products rather quickly at times-- so that is definitely a good sigh for me! Let me know if you end up trying any of these things-- I'd love to hear what you think! :-)
