It can be smudged into the lash-line (though I would not recommend the waterline because of the sparkle), worn as a shadow, or used as a base. Once it sets it stays put.

7) Total Intensity Eye Shadow Crayon in Meteorite ($9.50 for .18 oz.): Long wearing, waterproof, high pigment eyeshadow that stays put without smudging, creasing or fading. Glides on smoothly thanks to its creamy texture that blends evenly for a flawless and slick look. Meteorite is a gorgeous gray taupe that is stunning on the lids and smudged into the lash-line. It also makes for a spectacular base for a cooler leaning smoky eye. This might just be my favorite of the bunch! This formula is absolutely budge proof!

meteorite is pretty lust worthy. i'm gonna have to double check my pencil and cream base collection though before committing!

DeleteWow!!! This collection is super pretty. I super like the shades of every product. I usually prefer these kinds of shades for they match my skin tone and it looks so natural too. I have seen this brand but did not try it out. I guess its time =)
