My experience: This is a safe and effective spray oil that leaves my dry winter skin moisturized, soft and supple. I spray it on damp skin immediately following a shower and it makes my skin feeling fantastic. On days when it is particularly cold I prefer to layer it under a rich cream or body butter, but generally it offers more than enough moisture. I also spray it on dry skin and have noted that whether applied to damp or dry skin that my skin is left hydrated and with a pronounced luminosity. This is a really lovely moisturizer, however if you have a sensitivity or allergy to coconut in any form then this product should be strictly avoided.
Formulated without: Fragrance, Artificial Colors, Toxins, Phthalates, PABA, Parabens, Sulfates, Animal Products, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, and Gluten.
Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides

Hmmm...interesting. This seems like a great product to try out. I have read that coconut oil has many benefits for the skin and hair. I wanna try this out especially with cold weather for my skin dries out easily during cold months. I guess this is the solution to that.
ReplyDeleteHi Patricia, it's a really nice moisturizing oil-- provided one isn't allergic to coconut. I have really been enjoying it! :-)
DeleteI like it but might you be missing some of the benefits of the raw oil? Like it's anti bacterial and antimicrobial properties?
ReplyDeleteHi Erin, I would agree that you definitely lose some of the benefits of raw coconut oil, but what they take out when they fractionate it is what allows it to be such a great carrier oil that is able to remain liquid at room temperature. I have a lovely jar of organic raw coconut oil that I love to use as a moisturizer, but it is so convenient to be able to use a spray bottle of fractionated coconut oil too. You raise an excellent point. I suppose one could place the raw oil in a spray bottle with a wide pump, but you would have to warm it up each time you wanted to use it.
