DeleteI think there are now many of us who are hoping that Incandescent Light will eventually join the permanent collection. Dim Light and Radiant Light are actually too dark on me, but Incandescent Light is beautiful. When I swept it across my cheekbones, I cursed the makeup gods for not including this lovely shade in the regular lineup. I understand Hourglass putting a new shade in this travel friendly palette so that it still appeals to the people who might already have one or both of the other colors. That makes perfect marketing sense. Once this palette has become "old news", though, I hope Hourglass will seriously consider binging Incandescent Light out on its own. It is such a gorgeous highlighter.
ReplyDeleteI think that you are quite right-- that is definitely the one that I was drawn to the most in the palette. I think that the palette is utterly gorgeous, but like you I would likely only use Incandescent Light. The others might be too warm for me. I didn't try them on my face though- and could have a change of heart if I did. I have a funny feeling that they will launch Incandescent Light at some point since so many people seem to feel the same way. It just makes good sense to do it since it will sell like hot cakes!
