Gold Sakura Facial Cleansing Foam from the Shirasu Line is a really lovely and unusual cleanser. The volcanic ash lends itself to deep cleansing and the removal of impurities all the while the Yoshino Cherry extract moisturizes the skin so as not to leave it stripped. It is both powerful and gentle, and these opposing forces are beautifully united in one highly effective cleanser. Sakura Facial Cleansing Foam also comes with a special net to create a very rich lather- as I have already shown you with their Beauty Bar from the Hinoki Kurocha Line. I find that I generally prefer using the Sakura Facial Cleansing Foam without the net and the Beauty Bar with the net, but it really depends upon my mood because all of the variations are highly effective.
The Sakura Facial Cleansing Foam leaves my skin deeply cleansed to the extent that congested pores seem to be quickly cleared of debris and sebum. My skin is left nearly squeaky clean, but thanks to the moisturizing properties of the Yoshino Cherry my face is left moisturized rather than stripped and taut. My skin is left baby bottom soft and thoroughly cleansed.
Details:
1) Volcanic ash and Yoshino cherry (Sakura) extract; Smooth and creamy texture; Rich lather and pleasant aroma.
2) Gently cleanses pores and removes impurities without irritating skin; Moisturizes and enriches with minerals and vitamins.
3) Suitable for all skin types

5) Highly concentrated, and therefore very economical. Only a very small amount needed to create rich lather.
6) Does not cause a taut feeling skin.

How it works: "Volcanic ash deep-cleans pores and removes impurities while enriching skin with essential minerals. Sakura extract moisturizes the skin. Blackstrap powder nourishes your skin with minerals and vitamins. Gentian root extract provides antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Paeonia Albiflora root extract helps maintain skin health. Plantago major seed extract soothes skin. Rich lather creates a cushion between your skin and hands to protect your skin from unnecessary rubbing."
Directions:
-Squeeze a small amount (size of a pearl) in the palms of the hands
-Add warm or cold water and work up a thick, rich lather using the enclosed net (or without the net)
-Apply lather onto the face with gentle massage strokes
-Rinse thoroughly

Overall assessment: A very lovely cleanser, indeed! This was a great post! I love reading about other people using natural products! Do you have any favorite natural/ organic products? The amount of skincare out there is insane and choosing products to use can be overwhelming, especially when you first start looking. This is one of the many reasons I love to read blogs that review products such as yours. My favorite product that I've tried to date is Defend from Purelement Naturals. Defend is a blend of argan oil and essential oils. I'm extremely impressed with how much better my skin feels!
ReplyDeleteHi Ella Marie! I'm so glad that you like this post! This is a really lovely line! One of my VERY favorite Natural/Organic lines is Suki. I love Suki Facial Lift Ultimate Firming Cream, Pure Facial Moisture Balancing (oil), Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser, Creamy Foaming Cleanser, Bio-C 10% Formula Serum, Delicate Hydrating Oil (for the body). THose are the stand out products that I really love from the line. http://sukiskincare.com
DeleteI agree that the amount of skincare out there is very overwhelming, and so difficult to wade through! I have never hear of Defend from Purelement Naturals, but I am a huge fan of Argan OIl-- so I will definitely take a look-- thanks for the suggestion! THanks again for stopping by and commenting! :-)
