Caudalie Divine Oil Sneak Preview- Guest Post on Prime Beauty
I am around the bend gaga about the gorgeous and sumptuous Caudalie Divine Oil, which is indeed quite divine. I am only teasing you here with my newfound love, but my full review appears in my guest post at Prime Beauty. Take a peek!
I recently received this as a gift and while it is nice, it's not the best thing I have ever used for the price. It smells good and goes on nicely. I live in Arizona and have dry skin so I am constantly trying out oils to use; either on their own or combined with a moisturizer to combat my dry skin and the dry climate. I have used this several times now; both on it's own and with different body lotions and/or other body moisturizers layered over it. When I use just the oil, my skin is bone, flaky dry again in 12 hours or less. So while it is nice, it's moisturizing benefits may not be "all that" on those with dry skin or in a dry climate.
Hi Deb! Thanks for stopping by. I can see how a between having dry skin and living in Arizona that this oil might not be enough. I'm surprised that 12 hours later your skin is bone dry and flaky! I know it's a bit of a splurge, but have you tried the Rodin Olio Lusso Body OIl? On it's own, or mixed into lotion or cream it does an amazing job keeping my skin hydrated. :-)
It's really a lovely product, Rossy. You can easily try it in person at Sephora as well as numerous department stores to see if you like it-- I find that it definitely lives up to its name!!
