Delilah as The Flying Nun

Long before Sally Field was the matriarch on Brothers & Sisters she was the Flying Nun. This was a charming American TV series from the late 1960s that caused the country to fall for this young and darling actress. Somehow her iconic floppy brim reminds me of Delilah's floppy ears!

      She's a very nice girl- to be sure. What's funny is that she's sitting on a kitty bed that is far too small for her (and that she promptly tore apart the following day). She chose that spot because of the proximity to my desk-- she was able to sit and stare at me until I finally stopped working to take her outside to play ball-- as it turns out that was her endgame all along! :)

      Thanks, Moxie! She was trying to look super cute as a ploy to get me to go outside and play ball with her! BTW-it worked! :-)
