Eve by Eve's Lavender Hydrating Cleansing Oil is a gentle and effective cleansing oil that dissolves makeup and dirt while leaving skin soft, smooth, hydrated and decidedly clean, but without any stripping. You simply massage the lightweight oil into dry skin, add water to emulsify the oil, and then thoroughly rinse. It leaves behind no greasy residue, and can be used to remove even the most tenacious makeup. It has a wonderful light lavender aroma, but it is neither overpowering, nor does it linger. I have used it as a single cleanser and as part of a double cleansing ritual, and find it pleasant and effective either way.
Directions: Using dry hands, apply cleansing oil onto dry face. Then gently massage face with dampened hands to emulsify the cleansing oil. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

  • Plum Extract: Improves skin elasticity and brightens
  • Yuzu Extract: Tones, brightens, and helps enhance the water-retaining function of skin

    It sounds lovely. I have never used a lavender oil, but I'm a fan of the scent and its benefits.

    Up until the ingredient of the lavender essential oil it sounded great. I wish I wasn't so picky about scents when I read reviews of products this nice.

      While the lavender is quite mild, I suspect that it would still be too much for your fragrance sensitivities, Marcia.

    I've recently discovered cleansing oils and was surprised by how much I like them. I've never heard of this brand, but the product sounds divine!
