I am a huge fan of enzyme peels, and am forever on the lookout for new and improved versions of this type of product. I love that such products, when good, are great at clearing pores, fading hyperpigmentation, removing dead skin and debris, and restoring a nice glowing complexion.O.R.G. Skincare, a cruelty-free company, has created an enzyme peel that is the envy of all such products. You simply spray the liquid-based product on the area(s) of the face that you wish to treat (avoiding the eyes) and then you gently rub your fingers in a circular motion for approximately one minute (or less). This is when the magic happens- because the dead skin and debris simply begins to ball up and fall away. Once this occurs wash all of the remaining product off of your skin, and then say hello to gorgeous baby-bottom soft skin!
According to O.R.G. Skincare, "You've selected Organic Mineral Peel Face (59ml), our non-abrasive facial exfoliator that gently removes dead skin cells & deep-rooted makeup within minutes of application. Our organic formulation eliminates dull skin & dry patches while promoting radiant looking skin. Organic Mineral Peel Face includes natural skin brightening agents which include Milk Thistle and Licorice as well as enriched nutrients and antioxidants which include Omega 3, Vitamin A, & Vitamin B1."

After using this lovely enzyme peel my skin is soft and supple, has a natural glow, and is unbelievably smooth. I notice a definite reduction in clogged pores, and with repeated use it fades discoloration and hyperpigmentation from sun damage and acne scarring.I would definitely urge you to use caution with all exfoliants and peels, and avoid using too many too often. Retinol based products, Lactic Acids, AHA based products, and other products that encourage skin turn over (including physical exfoliants) should be avoided while using this peel. Too much peeling and exfoliating will over-work the skin and can cause irritation, and lead to thinning. On the evenings that I use this I skip my retinol altogether, and the following morning I avoid all exfoliants and I load up on moisture and sunscreen. I emphatically suggest using a high SPF daily sunscreen whenever forcing skin turnover at a faster rate than it would naturally do on its own. Exfoliating exposes new skin, and new skin needs even greater protection from the sun and elements.
Overall assessment: This is an innovative peel that is unbelievably effective. It is filled with healthy ingredients, and that is something that you can feel really good about. I am so happy with this product that I am now anxious to try even more of their products. I give this my highest marks!

Excellent review of ORG Skincare: Organic Mineral Peel! I own a Canadian company called The Beauty Buyer which is an online boutique style retail site for awesome and unique beauty products! http://www.thebeautybuyer.ca I fell in love with this exceptional exfoliating product too, and can't stop talking about it! Glad you joined in the LOVE too! We'll be selling this product on our website very very soon!
ReplyDeleteHi The Beauty Buyer! Thank you very kindly- I am so happy that you liked my review! It really is an amazing products! I took a peek at your online boutique and was drooling over all of the beautiful things that you sell! What a lovely job you have done!!!!!!! <3

ReplyDeleteHi Alice,
DeleteIt's a really great product- the results are pretty wild when you see all of the dirt and dead skin just roll away! I'm quite happy with it. Let me know what you think about it if you end up getting it! :D
do you know what is the difference between the facial spray and the one for your body?
ReplyDeleteI just went to their website and this is what I found about the Body version: "You've selected Organic Mineral Peel Body (3236mL), our organic body exfoliator which gently remove deep-rooted dirt & debris within minutes of application. Apply it to your entire body before you shower on specific areas like your neck, elbows, hands, feet, arms and legs.
DeleteOrganic Mineral Peel Body is fortified with enriched nutrients and antioxidants which include Aloe Vera, Jojoba, Mugwort, Grapefruit Seed and Cucumber."
And this is what they said about the one for the face:
"You've selected Organic Mineral Peel Face (59mL), our non-abrasive facial exfoliator that gently removes dead skin cells & deep-rooted makeup within minutes of application.
Beyond that I can't explain the differences- since I have only tried the one for the face- so I can't provide any information about the difference in performance etc.
You might want to call or email their customer service department if you have further questions- since I can only share my experience on the one for the face.
