Erno Laszlo's Sea Mud Exfoliating Mask is a highly effective clay mask formulated for slightly dry to extremely oily skin.
This treatment product is: An exfoliating mask that purifies, refines and retexturizes. Especially recommended for those experiencing sluggish skin, blackheads, whiteheads, or clogged pores.
Apply an even layer to cleansed face and leave on for 5-10 minutes, or until it is completely dry. Then rinse off with warm water. Laszlo suggests using it weekly or as needed. I like to use it in the mornings- so I wash my face in the bathroom sink then apply the mask and let it dry, and then I jump in the shower. I find rinsing it off in the shower to be the easiest and least messy way to take off the mask since it is black like the Sea Mud Soap (and can be pretty messy to clean up otherwise). It is amazing how it draws so much out of clogged pores. I also find it to be especially effective for spot treatment- if I feel a pimple coming on I zap it with this (and I usually leave it on overnight when spot treating). The following day my skin always looks infinitely brighter and clearer.
